- ScaleSkinner was a weapon wielded by the OathWielders, discovered during their adventures through the Troverth Dynasty , it functioned as a serrated sickle, whose size and shape allowed it to do extra damage (function as a +1 weapon) to any scaled creature such as a Lizardfolk, Kobold, Dragonborn, or Dragon
