Otto Bremer is an NPC present during the events of the Fantasial Freeze.
Otto is first and foremost a capitalist. He is the owner of Bremer Bank, one of Ravel's financial institutions, and one of the first to take advantage of the desparate situation many find themselves in. With plenty of gold to invest, Otto has spent the time selling solutions to the cold to the citizens of Ravel, and hiring out those who would brave the cold. He has been the Adventuring Party's benefactor in both Episode 1: Cold Feet and Episode 2: Burnale and Whale.
Otto's story seems intertwined with the emergence of Blowt as of Episode 10. He has a strange fixation on their bones, as well as the bones of many other creatures. He has given magical objects made from bone to the Party on more than one occasion. He went so far as to carve flutes from the bones of the Blowt encountered in Episode 1; sadly, the flutes seem to have the property of summoning more Blowt when played. Otto does not seem to care about this development, and the Party did have to cough up the gold to protect the citizens of Manquel from unwittingly bringing about their own doom.
