Vlad Vargoba is a Chaotic Neutral-Aligned Human Witherbloom Apprentice at Deroulex's Select Conservatory of the Arcane. You'd think that someone being well-known as a prankster would mean that none of his pranks land out of fear for surveilance, and yet, he's constantly inventing new ways to make fools out of him and his classmates alike. His hyena-like charm helps keep his eyes off of the stigma behind what he studies, as he aspires to be a most charming necromancer.
