Tromen the Unknown is a magma genasi who has recently emerged due to the large amount of volcanic activity taking place in Quelmar.

History[edit | edit source]
Tromen made powerful enemies in The Gathering Shadow by documenting their ethically grey methodologies and publishing them on tavern walls around Zobeck. Azazel would attempt to kill him by reporting him to The Fingers of Kragnux.
When the Fingers tracked down Tromen, they discovered he had stolen a Penderlock and promptly beat him nearly to death. They left Tromen drifting out to sea, where he would encounter the temple of Tani-Wa. This proved to be fortunate for Tromen, as Tani-Wa was a former associate of his father, and this chance encounter would eventually pave the way for Tromen to once again encounter the man who made him a bastard.
Tromen would plot against his father and against The Gathering Shadow, a nefarious course of action that ultimately led to The Battle of the Dao, a slaughterhouse of battle that would mark his vengeance on his father, at the cost of his own life.
