Elder Mephisto is a duergar cleric who was trapped after being imprisoned into The BackHalls sometime around 1256 PR.
Physical Appearance
A grey skinned dwarf, Mephisto was much like other Duergar in the realm. He always carried with him his book of Laduguer, his patron deity.
Personality
Mephisto tended to stay in the back of the group, opting to support his companions with wise words and encouraging phrases, rather than get anywhere near anything remotely scary.
He was a big fan of casting "Bonfire"
History
He knows Magic and has done it as a kid but got berated.
The last thing he remembers before being banished was knocking on a door in Quelmar to spread the good word of Laduguer.

Powers and Abilities
He had all the powers of a holy saint of Laduguer, which included healing and laying on hands and divine interventions and the like. He could also turn water into wine if he tried really hard. Yet to be confirmed if he can walk on water.
