TwitchTalk is a secret language known only by a small number of traitors, mutants, and commies that live inside Alpha Complex.
People exceptionally proficient in it were known as "Twitch Prime Talkers"

In 190 CR, TwitchTalk manifested itself in the form of scatting (shoo-bop, etc.), which came off as innocent, quirky, musical melodies, but was actually deeply ingrained treasonous messages that could be passed in plain sight.
