Ably Wobblemonger was a merchant who met his fate about a day's travel from Zobeck during the Arctic Autumn (PR 466). Ably attempted, and failed, to take a shortcut across a frozen lake. Ably wrote of his demise on his last piece of parchment, parchment that was later pulled from his frozen and destroyed cart by Andif. Ably is remembered by his 14 daughters. Andif wrote a ballad for Ably to process her sadness for Ably and his daughters.
The Ballad of Ably

A dark frozen eve
The note I did retrieve...
He had no company
Who knew I'd leave and grieve?
_____
A master of basket weave
Now his forever sabbatical leave
He had no company
The cold he didn't believe...
_____
"No lake, must you cleave?!"
Shouted Alby that eve
He had no company
Alby was optimistically naive of the frost heave...
_____
He had no company,
no company,
no company.
