The War of Many Names
When the War broke out starting around 800 PR, and with the death of Dark Son leader Solomon, Nymphsview's previous black market activities began to legitimize in light of the realm's dire need for weapons and power to use against the Dragons.
Following the removal of Solomon and his dynasty, a new politlcal faction known as The New Nymphsview Party came to power, running the city via a figurehead mayor (while the real power still belonged heavily to the military-industrial complex behind the scenes)
As such, Nymphsview became a leader in militech developments across the realm, working in R&D, and giving the realm access to surprising developments such as Lightning Fences powered by ethereal Electroplasm, which was used both in Nymphsview and in Ahol, among other cities.
Because the city was seeped in ethically questionable activity, and because dead people tended to come back as ghosts during this era thanks to The Hermes Seal, Nymphsview was subjected to something known as the Dead Men Tell No Tales Curse, which prevented ghosts from communicating or conveying information directly.
