Mayor Berry is the mayor of Ravel at the beginning of the Fantasial Freeze. He assists the PCs with several tasks and missions, and is part of Quimbleton's effort to spread sorghum across Osugbo. Sadly, he is slain when the Blowt attack Ravel at the beginning of Act 2.
