Elytria was one of the many rulers of the First Layer of The Ten Hells, Duumal. Ruling from the First Infernal Emergence up to the Infernal Insurrection.
Physical Appearance
Elytria is an imposing figure wearing all black cowboy leather and dark iron-spurred boots. She has long raven black hair and half of her face looks like a beautiful woman with bone white skin while the other half is a fiendish skull with torn away skin. She has two holsters on her belt as well as a hell fire whip. When traveling through the deserts she rides on a Nightmare steed with wings.
Personality
Elytria cares for only one thing, to bring justice to Duumal. Never taking a moment to rest she rides out across Duumal gunning down demons and criminals alike n her eternal crusade. She is a poor conversationalist but is terrific at reading individuals. While ruler of Duumal, she cares little to maintain it such as her kingdom, preferring the freedom of the frontier. She lets the devils she owns make their own livings in the vast sands, only interacting with them if they break the laws of the land. She keeps a few deputy sheriffs around the layer to keep an eye of Demonic activity, calling her in if any fiendish outlaws make themselves known. She keeps loose tabs on The Blood War, only directly interfering either if the war begins to get out of hand or if she wants to blow off some steam by riding guns blazing into the demonic hordes.
History
During the reconstruction of the First layer of Hell, Elytria rose as the layers ruler by sheer force alone, gunning down all who would oppose her and bringing some semblance of order to the lawless layer by becoming its sheriff. Early in her reign she constructed a prison to serve as a place for her to keep criminals she captured. Most within though either find themselves put to death by the noose or by her gun.
After the end of the Blood War and the disappearance of Demons due to the River Styx drying up in 925 PR, Elytria would ride across the wastes of Duumal, outrunning the many other contenders for her throne. The largest of these would be Bel, a pit fiend and one of Duumal's former rulers. Bel would gather a sizable army to his name and eventually capture Elytria, hosing a public execution for her at the Bronze Citadel. He hoped to claim her Ruby Heart which gave her dominion over Duumal, but was interrupted by the heroes known as the Hellraisers, an adventuring party including Aivan Factorovich, Aliria Servine, Balaam, Nyrgoth, Endine di Valpadana, and Sylphine Nightfall, who had come to stop bel's rise to power. In a surprise twist, the Ruby Heart would be stolen by the hill giant Angrboda, who stole it as part of a plot for the giant cultists, the Ordained.
Even after the death of Bel, with the later destruction of the Ruby Rod, Elytria would not rise back to power, preferring the role of a lone gunslinger in the dunes of Duumal.
Powers and Abilities
Elytria is able to fight with incredible speed, wielding two infernal guns with bullets able to make turns in the air. She also wields a lasso which she can coat in hellfire to incinerate enemies.
