The Court of Hallow's Eve is a court in the Feywild responsible for perpetuating and maintaining the magic of the Hallow's Eve holiday.
About
Located deep in the Feywild and only revealing themselves during the Hallow's Eve season, the court controls the boundary between the Feywild and Material Plane when it is at it's thinnest, controlling the flow of magic between them.
