Elric is an eccentric Yaun-Ti Malison Paladin and Warlock. He is the son of Ishtar, the leader of the Hellslither cult.
Physical Appearance[edit | edit source]
Elric is a long boi. He has long silvery hair, that feels like silk and smells like flowers. His body is covered with lavender scales. He has sharp snake like teeth and a forked tongue but despite that he has quite full lips. He dresses in a very classy attire with a double breasted coat. If he was able to actually wear armor he would have it colored to match his aesthetics but alas he is far too weak for that.
Personality[edit | edit source]
Elric thinks he's way cooler than he actually is. Elric constantly uses words that he doesn't understand but make him sound smarter than he actually is. Elric often monologues and claims to be the greatest evil this world has ever seen and will only answer to "Elric Shadowslither Darkheart Overlord of Nightmares" although no one would actually call him that. Despite claiming to be a living nightmare, Elric has nothing to back that up with and often doesn't have the fortitude to do anything truly evil.
Elric's closest ally is The Slaat. He often claims that The Slaat is quite funny but no one can hear the jokes she tells.
He's also a total mama's boy.

The Hellslither cult was once considered to be one of the greatest threats to all of humanity as they were trying to summon Dendar to swallow the world into nightmares. Unfortunately their status got demoted with the Rise of Tiamat and madness took over the cult. A shell of its former self a priestess who was blessed by Dendar, Ishtar took hold of the cult. Ishtar needed to bolster the Hellslithers to their former glory. Many of the Yaun-Ti had to be trained to launch a full force crusade against Tiamat. The Yaun-Ti were trained by Zuma the greatest warrior the cult had. Eventually in a night of passion (crazy cult blood orgy) Zuma and Ishtar would conceive an egg. Said egg would eventually hatch into a Malison named Elric.
Elric became Ishtar's favorite by far and thus he was raised spoiled rotton. Elric would get everything he ever wanted and was taught of an ancient being of calamity that would cleanse this world of evil for it's eventual reincarnation. A being that would swallow the world into nightmares. Elric fully believed in the eventual rebirth of the world and is happy to play the role of villain in order to "save" the world.
Elric would eventually wanted to go along with his father to Crusade against dragons. However he was horrible at training. There was almost nothing Elric was able to do that was up to standard. Regardless Elric would still go along on a crusade against a dragon known as Kalatrox. Zuma led the group to great success and they slayed the dragon. Elric claimed to have been a key part in the crusade against Kalatrox despite all he did was quiver behind an especially husky cleric, Semiramis. No one felt the urge to argue with him so Elric got his first pick of the loot. The loot that drew him the closest was a glowing pink sword. As he grabbed the sword a voice spoke to him
"hiiiii my name is The Slaat. I can take like... totally take you great places, but you'll just have to listen to what I have to say!"

Powers and Abilities[edit | edit source]
Elric goes through spell slots like they're tissues in cold and flu season. He loves to use his nightmare smites which he will often give names to such as "Signiture Kill: Ultimate Nightmare Deathstrike!" or "Darkness Cacophony: Reign of Blood!"
Despite fighting with a sword, Elric is very weak. He can't take a punch to save his life.

The Slaat[edit | edit source]
The Slaat is a manifestation of all emotions and excitement. The Slaat has gone from owner to owner always tempting them with excitement and power so long as they satiate it. Unfortunately for The Slaat she would eventually fall into the hands of Kalatrox, a greedy dragon who would leave her in his lair. Once Elric found The Slaat, she would grant him many powers that the pathetic Yaun-Ti had never experienced and in return, Elric must show The Slaat all kinds of excitement. With how eccentric Elric is, The Slaat is oddly charmed by him.
The Slaat granted Elric the ability to make strikes he didn't think he was even close to being strong enough to use. The Slaat also bestowed Elric with blessings such as Eldritch Blast, Booming Blade, Hex, and Hold Person.
