A frozen planet on the border of Galactic Space and the Amittre Nebula

The planet of Relith is a galactic anomaly for several reasons. Covered in frozen water miles deep, Relith is a frigid inhospitable wasteland dotted with cities carved into the walls of ice.
It is a rouge planet, unanchored from whatever star it originally formed around and, as if placed, stands part way in the enigmatic Amittre Nebula. Though away from the warmth of a star, the surface is lit during the "day" by the glow of a stellar nursery in the nebula nearby (known locally as "the dragon's cradle"). Relith is orbited by three moons, the largest of which is a striking crimson, which sets it apart from the grey and blue frozen surface of Relith itself.
The population of Relith stays mostly within its cities, carved down into the ice to avoid much of the frigid cold winds from the ice's surface. The cities are efficiently constructed apart from the many colossal monuments to the Relic Dragons built into the layout of the city. Even the architecture of the buildings is supposed to bring glory to these now absent overlords, and many of them have been defaced or altered since the fall of the former Relic Empire.
The planet is considered the home planet of the Relith people (who obviously took their name from the planet). Placed as a subservient species to the Relic Dragons, the Relith were modified to be able to survive on the planet to serve the needs of the Dragons. Due to constant exposure to the Amittre Nebula, some Relith exhibit psychic or empath abilities.

Cryopolis Draconi- Relith's Capital city and former seat of the Relic Empire's Imperial Throne. Formerly held the largest population of Relic Dragons in the known galaxy, now none can be found there.
