Over their journeys the Hellraisers have encountered many a fey, fiend, and celestial, and have made both allies and enemies of many.

Allies

Virgil

A young, male, blue Tiefling, Virgil is a former Orator from the 9th Circle of The Ten Hells. Now without work, Virgil was hired by the party to guide them through the many horrors of the hells.

Koh Tam

An eccentric priestess, Koh Tam is a seer and prophet whose musings are more baffling then clarifying. She was hired by the party to serve as their guide through the Ten Hells, using her predictions to protect them from danger.

Mammon

The Archdevil and Greed, ruler of Minarous, and CEO of Mammart, since their arrival in the Hells Mammon has been selling the party weapons and magic items to survive the Hells. As they continued deeper, Mammon assisted the party by giving them sanctuary in nis palace on multiple occasions and ferrying them through the Hells on his airship, the Golden Galleon.

But his true scheme was to orchestrate chaos in the Hells in order to make a power grab for the Ruby Rod.

The Sinners League

A cabal of warlords and mercenaries from the Blood War who banded together in an attempt to preserve their power and fight back the encroaching forces of the Pit Fiend Bel.

The Beast of the Badlands

A devilish kobold and member of the Sinners League who was saved from imprisonment by the Hellraisers. He later invited the party to the council meeting of the Sinner's League at Bloodmaw Keep and assisted them in taking down Bel at the execution of the Archduchess of Duumal, Elytria.

Captain Grinlocke Vorn

A pirate Breaded Devil Warlord, captain of the infernal airship, the Red Wake, and member of the Sinners League. The captain first met the party during a saloon brawl at Brimstone Gulch and later helped them escape Bloodmaw Keep when it was attacked by Bel and his forces. the captain then aided the party's assault on the Soulnaught.

Belphegor

A fiendish infernal inventor from the Iron City of Dis. Belphegor had infiltrated the plane of Mechanus to steal their knowledge on how to create constructs, and while in Mechanus disguised as the elven artificer "Geerio," he created both Aivan Factorovich and Roberta. He would later make a bargain with the party to gain their aid in overthrowing the Lord of Dis, Dispater, only to be betrayed and swear vengeance against the Hellraisers.

Enemies

The Archangel Gabriel

One of the 12 Commandments and great solars of Mt. Celestia, Gabriel serves as the grand representative for truth. He hired the party to investigate why the River Styx dried up and to locate the last demon in the realms. After Dispater and his Iron Devils invaded the Material Plane, Gabriel led his celestial army to confront the Iron Duke and invade the Ten Hells. His campaign of xenophobic fiendish extermination would lead him into conflict with the Hellraisers, who needed his blood to restore the River Styx.

Aariel, Sword of the Solar

Aariel is an angelic warrior born out of Gabriel's solar blade. He is utterly loyal to her creator and serves as his vanguard and the field commander for his army. Aariel appears as a towering woman with fiery red hair in gleaming golden armor with angelic wings. She shares in his fiend-hating beliefs and delights in slaying devils. Along with Melody she was responsible for bringing the party together at Mt. Celestia, and then later confronted the party in Duumal in order to recover the Last Demon. During the invasion of the Hells, she led Gabriel's armies, besieging the Iron City of Dis. When she fights alongside Gabriel, she transforms into his sword.

She was slain during a battle against the Hellraisers at the Ruby Headwaters.

Melody

Melody is Gabriel's meek and loyal angelic assistant. She wears a simple white blouse with a black shirt, and has short blonde hair crowned by a gleaming halo. Along with Aariel she was responsible for bringing the party together at Mt. Celestia. She handled the logistics for Gabriel's war and in battle served as his angelic choir, boosting the strength and resolve of his divine armies.

She was slain during a battle against the Hellraisers at the Ruby Headwaters.

Curia

Curia is an archdevil inhabiting the 10th layer of the Hells, Hellmar. On top of that she is a powerful witch and one of the three sisters of the Cloven Coven. She has an insatiable lust for power and control and delights in tormenting her victims. In Hellmar, she made it her mission to exterminate the Valpadana, a small druidic circle that managed to survive in Hellmar's harsh enviroment. She has a particular interest in tortmenting the Valpadana druid, Endine di Valpadana.
