The Nilbog of Quelmar differ slightly than Nilbog of other realms. In Quelmar, the trickery that fuels a Nilbog's chaotic urges comes from their gnomish heritage. When the self-serving mantra of the Goblin meets the unpredictability of a Gnome, a Nilbog is born.
Racial Features[edit | edit source]
Ability Score Increase. +2 Charisma, +1 Dexterity
Age. Nilbogs reach adulthood around age 8. They age noticeably faster than humans, and though few nilbogs live to old age, the most cautious rarely live longer than 60 years.
Alignment. Most of the nilbogs of Quelmar are purely chaotic, with no inclination toward good or evil.
Size. Nilbogs are between 3 and 4 feet tall and weigh between 40 and 80 pounds. Your size is Small.
Speed. 25 Feet
Darkvision. You can see in dim light within 60 feet of you as if it were bright light, and in darkness as if it were dim light. You can't discern color in darkness, only shades of gray.
Nilbogism. A creature that attempts to damage the nilbog can be subjected to Nilbogism. The creature must succeed on a DC 12 Charisma saving throw or be charmed until the end of the its next turn, and the nilbog takes no damage. A creature charmed in this way must use its action praising the nilbog. This ability can not be used again until after a long or short rest.
Nimble Escape. You can take the Disengage or Hide action as a bonus action on each of your turns.
