Helm the Watcher is a divine aspect of the major deity Pelor.

Followers of Helm have been known to tattoo their arms with various sigils resembling (but not identical) to the sunrays of Pelor.
The Churches of Helm and Lathander were known to have a number of healthy skirmishes, with the churches often competing to recruit followers from similar pools of mortals.
