The Ring of Winter's Wrath was crafted by a clan of [[Frost Giant|Frost Giants]] with the assistance of a powerful [[Devil]] using the icy magics of the [[Plane]] of Ice. The ring gave the giants amazing power, and they established themselves as [[The Frostfell Empire]]. But the giants would be betrayed by the devil who stole the ring and stranded them in the plane of ice. The ring would then disappear from history.

Prince Ulftiir would eventually be defeated by members of [[The Tempest Brothers Expeditionary Company]] who would recover the ring and use it to close the rift.

It is a large silver band encrusted with frost and jewels, with a large sapphire that shimmers with a frosty blue light. The ring's surface is perpetually cold to the touch, and when worn, it forms a thin layer of ice over the wearer's skin. While attuned to the ring, the wearer gains the following abilities:

The Ring of Winter's Wrath was crafted by a clan of Frost Giants with the assistance of the Archdevil Mammon using the icy magics of the Plane of Ice. The ring gave the giants amazing power, and they established themselves as The Frostfell Empire. But the giants would be betrayed by Mammon who stole the ring and stranded them in the plane of ice. The ring would then disappear from history.
