The Fingers of Barroth were an organization of dragons, devils, and Abishai loyal to the dragon Barroth the Unredeemable.

The organization was formed in 925 PR when the red dragon Barroth emerged in The Ten Hells. Calling all draconic devils to his banner, he claimed to be continuing in Tiamat's mission and that he was the true dragon of the Hells. Hoping to bolster his forces, he set his eyes of Malbolge which was a large hub for draconic devils, and home to the archdevils Philani and Delphyne. The Fingers of Barroth captured the portal of Glasya's Folly and used it as a staging ground to begin an invasion of Malbolge. In addition, they began to reach out to infernal soldiers of the Blood War in an attempt to convince them to join Barroth's army.
They would wage a short but violent war against the devils of Malbolge, backed up by the might of their draconic leader Barroth. Ambassadors from the fingers wouyld ravel across the Hells to form alliances with like minded devils. They found a foothold in Dis after Barroth helped saved the layers ruler, Dispater, from an assassination attempt at the hands of the Ordained. Dispater would end up sending a large force of Iron Devils as well as towering iron war constructs to aid Barroth in his war in Malbolge.
The fighting in Malbolge would escalate with the arrival of the archangel Gabriel and his angelic forces, turning the war into a three front battle between devils, dragons, and angels. After the deaths of both Gabriel and Barroth at the hands of the adventuring team, the the Hellraisers, an adventuring party including Aivan Factorovich, Aliria Servine, Balaam, Nyrgoth, Endine di Valpadana, and Sylphine Nightfall, the Fingers of Barroth became disorganized and the devils of Malbolge were quickly able to regain control of their realm. While some members of the armies of Barroth were able to flee to the Material Plane, most ended up being subjugated by the draconic devil Delphyne.
