Who is Ennui?[edit | edit source]
Ennui is a tiefling spy for Balabag and a recurring NPC in the Fantasial Freeze.
Personality[edit | edit source]
Ennui is the worst. He is soft-spoken and decently handsome, but that's due to his tiefling charm more than any personal work. Because he's a spy and a charlatan, you can't trust him, and he's not strong or brave. He's just kind of there, polluting the space with his presence.
Fantasial Freeze Function[edit | edit source]
Ennui was meant to be a top spy for Balabag, sent to Ravel to monitor the town and eventually spread a synthesized wendigo disease among Ravel's people. Instead, he was beaten in melee by Quimbleton and Savile, two frail wizards. Later in the Freeze, Ennui was sent to kill Four and failed miserably. He is trusted by Captain Maximillian of the Balabag army, but no one else significant can vouch for him, The PCs in the Freeze think he sucks.
What happened to Ennui?[edit | edit source]
We don't know where Ennui ended up as the story enters the end of Act 2. Maybe he's Blowted. Eh - he's still pretty ineffective. Hopefully he's learned to steer clear of the heroes.
Attacks and Weapons [edit | edit source]
Ennui will stab you if you let your guard down, and he's pretty good at sneaking. He's soft as Cottonelle otherwise, so just be prepared to bonk him on the head and send him packing.
