The Tourbillion [prnc. tur-bee-YON] also known as The Whirlpool, The Void, the Sinkhole, the Portal, and many other names, was a massive vortex of energies and ocean currents that formed when the Fracturing of the Weave finished, leaving a small but infinitely dense moment of depth in the center of Quelmar.
Avoiding the Tourbillion[edit | edit source]
Cof[edit | edit source]
Of the Kiston islands, Cof most famously avoided a quick and instant absorption thanks to the combined efforts of Teslex and The Sky Net, who devised an IslandImpeller system that "drove" the island against the currents, keeping it in place, as long as the impeller never failed. When it did momentarily fail, citizens of Alpha Complex were dispatched and successfully patched it up.
Behind the Screen[edit | edit source]
- I don't think it's been officially called the Tourbillion in a campaign yet, so the "official" name is still really up for grabs if someone has something better. Just needed a name for it to finally create a page.
