Lessons From Your Forefathers was a pamphlet of Dragon fighting tips disseminated from the great Silver Dragon Sro and sent out across Isonhound in 825 PR.

Rule 1: Don't Fight a Dragon in its own Lair[edit | edit source]
- The The Green Stag, for example, was driven out of its lair before being conquered.
- The fight against the Black Dragon Thymor'ala was a blatant disregard of this rule, but in return for the extra deadly fight, the heroes were able to recover 3 black dragon eggs.
