The Lich Omoi
The Lich Omoi (or just The Lich) is one of Quelmar's most notable multiversal and ever present visitor. Think Q from Star Trek, if he was born from the void and full of delicious recipes.
Appearances
- At least one echo of the Lich, taking the name Bayliss, and seemingly only at the beginning of his descent into voidal power, appeared with the other Rule Benders.
- A fully realized echo of the Lich appeared in The Beggar's Bodega (Campaign).

- The Lich owned at least on Hydra Hydrangea, which was at one point stolen by adventurers and given over to a group known as AgraWealth. It was recovered in Al'Adeaf when the Lich teamed up with the group known as The Beggar's Bodega.
