Quelmar is home to many Wanderers, creatures who arrived via doors of Sigil, via The Tovag Baragu, or through long trips across vast expanses of the Astral Sea. In layman's terms, a Wanderer is a character (NPC or PC) who is explicitely said to have come to Quelmar from another specific campaign setting.
Note: Some instances of PCs or NPCs are also echoes of existing creatures, but did not explicitly visit Quelmar from their original worlds, as such, someone like Vecna or Minsc would not be a Wanderer.
