Horatio Cheshire is the creator of Cheshire's Goblins, Cheshire's Orcs, Cheshire's Fang Beast, and Cheshire's Hydra. All creatures which were genetically and alchemically engineered to serve to the green dragon Long Fang.

History[edit | edit source]
Studied Alchemy alongside Falgrim Norest at Seglock University, where he was expelled after his alchemical practices toyed with darker powers than the school was willing to dabble with. Despite kicking him out, the university continued to keep all of his notes and research, especially as they related to a mystical location known as The Shadow Forge.
At some point before 825 PR, Cheshire was contacted by the green dragon Longfang to hire his alchemical monsters and expertise in building up an army in the north of Isonhound.
Capture[edit | edit source]
A Writ of Detainment was issued for Horatio by the Order of the Watchful Eye and the city guard of Gammelgard.
He was discovered working in a single level cottage off a peaten path area on the cliffs overlooking the ocean a day and a half south east of Gammelgard. Initially Gammelgard sent their own guards and scouts, but many were captured and experimented on.
However, luckily an interrogated Cheshire's Goblin revealed a secret path into the cottage from a passage on the cliffs. Armed with this intel, Gammelgard sent a platoon of Greedy Green heroes to infiltrate the cliff-side entrance, including Dancer of the Boreal Valley, Vadath, & Violet.
Battling their way through the defenses, they found a secret workshop in the basement, and an ocean-launched escape pod, which was recovered thanks to the ranger in the team. The heroes secured all the research and papers they could gather on them, and destroyed the rest of the structure.

- The result of his early experiments while studying at Seglock University, the abomination was believed to have been a former friend or labmate of Horatio's who was turned into a massive kaiju of hybrid dragon-human creation. Horatio vowed from that wretched day (and the expulsion that followed) that he would not perform his experiments on humans any more, as they contained unexplanable reactions with his draconic reagents.
