Physical Appearance[edit | edit source]
The Gnoll King is a tall imposing Gnoll with dark mangy burned fur. Their arms and legs are incredibly thin, yet wield great strength and they have a large round gut. They wield the Mallus Hammer, a strange obsidian weapon that has granted them great abilities.
History[edit | edit source]
The Gnoll King was formerly a weak nameless gnoll banished from their pack for unknown reasons and forced into the Scar of Amusa to die. With the help of the Demoness Mother, the gnoll was led to an ancient vault in the Scar and was able to claim a powerful artifact known as the Mallus Hammer. With this hammer and the power it brought, the gnoll returned to the wilds and began to unite the gnoll packs into a singular horde all in the name of the Mother. After subjugating the Gearhead Clan, they made the Gnoll artificer Ripjaw their right hand. In order to keep their operations under the radar from nearby cities, the Gnoll King would rule from the shadows and let Ripjaw serve as the face of the horde.
At the command of Mother the Gnoll King led a raid on The Tempest Brothers Expeditionary Company basecamp, as the company was looking to close into her operations. In this attack the Gnoll King would reveal themselves, but even this was not enough to prevent the company's escape. In this failure Mother gave control of her forces to the leaders of her cult, the Bride and Groom, and forced the Gnoll King to serve at their command.
