Thinwhistle was one of three major villages founded after the fall of Therya and was the only known Thelryan village to survive up to 893 PR. Unlike their sister village [[Drakemire Hollow]], Thinwhistle was founded by the Warlocks of Thelrya after the city fell. In the tunnels beneath Thinwhistle Ripjaw would create a prison to interrogate the remaining Kobolds about magical resources out in the wilds until the prison was eventually shut down and all those inside killed.
