Tuschello is an ancient Topaz Dragon and original topaz seat on the Ruby Court of Sardior
History
At some point between the prehistoric Ruby Court's collapse and modern history, Tuschello died. However, being a psionic entity linked intricately with death, his soul continued to float happily among the sea of souls.
It was discovered by the mortals of Quelmar that he could be reached directly using his ancient artifact, the Topaz Astrolabe.
