Owtkast was a colony of Half-Orcs in the Osugbo wilds.
About
The town was lead by a 12 year old tiefling named King Mayhem Ezekiel, King of the Halfsies.
It is a small 1-road town in the wilds of west Osugbo, and visually appeared similar to an old western town, just a little rougher around the edges, as the founding half-orcs did not have access to the best tools and materials available, and made due with the tools they had.
The town is entirely populated by Half Orcs, including those evicted from both human populations and orc populations, who find themselves neither civilized or uncivilized.
In 10 PR the town was infiltrated by a Troverthian changeling who was fleeing from The Phantom Front. In response, the Champert kingdom sent a spy of their own to assure the capture oft he changeling.
