Jim Stacy is Marions temporary Adoptive Father, controlled by the Player Satch. After being expelled from The Tempest Brothers Expeditionary Company, he was corrupted by the Demoness Mother. These Notes are as written, From Marion:

Physical Appearance[edit | edit source]

Mr. Stacy is a brunette Human Man, who wears a tailored suit filled with dozens of knives. He owns a crossbow as well, and his left arm and leg have been replaced with prosthetic limbs that had mysteriously been lost in some kind of accident. The accident in question is one, or none, of the following:

A fire ball.

A shark.

A run in with a Cannibal.

Bees.

Birth defect.

Cut them off to escape capture.

Polar Bear.

Cut them off to evade poison.

Zombie Bite.

"They just stopped working one Day."

Werewolf attack.

Didn't want to be caught Red Handed.

Was Disarmed during a fight.

A god of memory needed something to remember him by.

A group of fae used them for fertilizer.

They've always been metal

Landmine.

Tiger attack.

Fed the meat to orphans.

Meteor from Space hit him.

A tree fell on him.

Lighting Strike.

Personality[edit | edit source]

Mr. Stacy doesn't like physical contact, but does really like killing people. He occasionally shows affections to those he considers friends. Harmless. Mr. Stacy has certain habits that he reverts to, and will happily lay claim to specific chairs. When unable to fulfill these little rituals, he becomes annoyed from the inconvenience. He's a smoker, and claims that it reduces stress. He has a distinct distance for people who are in a position of power over him, or act as though they're his better.

History[edit | edit source]

Mr. Stacy is incredibly Mysterious, However what is known is that he lived in a monastery for most of his life after being orphaned, and is here under the orders of a "Dr. Moss," The Director of Operations from site 27.

Mr Stacy likely came here in order to hide from some sort of warrant for a felony, and has been witnessed committing at least theft since their arrival to the city.

It is also known that he has a distaste for the Eladrin, having a bad run in in his past, however he does enjoy the fae-wine.

Languages[edit | edit source]

Probably Common.

Powers and Abilities[edit | edit source]

Jim Stacy has been proven to not only be incredibly stealthy, but also an expert with thrown weapon fighting. Marion has accurately described his method of fighting to "Not be incredibly likely to hit, but when he does, one will feel as though a house had fallen on you."

Attacks and Weapons [edit | edit source]

The prosthetic of one arm can shift into a crossbow, So Jim Stacy literally always has a weapon at hand.

End 3rd party information

Operation "9 tail Fox"[edit | edit source]

Attached you will find the only known copy of the events of 9 Tail Fox, all other sources have been scrubbed of this information. The following log was compiled following the incidents of Torustell 3rd 856.

A letter from the Administrator[edit | edit source]

"Dr. Rothmerion Moss,

The time has come. I received your submission for Wish Testing, and I wanted to be the first to congratulate you for your achievement. You are now among some of the most powerful beings in this realm, never forget the responsibility that carries. A 9th circle caster becomes the highest authority, and for your great work and dedication to this Foundation I extend an invitation to Apotheosis.

Take a moment and consider, but if you are not in my 'office' in 15 I will consider the invitation declined.

The Administrator"

Hastily written note recovered from Dr. Moss' desk during the time of the experiment[edit | edit source]

"This could very likely be my last will, so I want to jot a few things down before I speak to the kings as it where. Everything I own is to be liquidated and the subsequent funds distributed equally among the subjects of my wish.

That's it really.

Now that the technicalities are through I want to quickly describe what's happening in leymans terms. The Administrator is a man from another time, so long ago that none are left to remember it save for him, and during that time long ago the spellweave itself was different. There was no wish-tax, and society was a utopia with the opportunities that provided. He has been working for millennia to fix this, what we all see as normal to him is the greatest mystery and affront to the modern age. He has developed a device known as the AtlasLoom, and every so many years when a member of the foundation reaches the capability to cast a Wish, The Administrator attempts to uses this incredibly complex assembly to change the Spellweave back to the way it once was, and ringing in a new age to the world.

He has met with failure, there have been deaths. This is the price we pay for progress, the price we pay for GreenWood."

Test Log[edit | edit source]

Overview: The test is conducted inside of the "AtlasLoom", a roughly 2 mile diameter glass sphere deep beneath the surface in an undisclosed location. The Loom contains tens of thousands of smaller glass spheres of greatly varying size and composition, each containing a different item or reagent. The spheres slowly orbit the central dais, a 50m radius solid diamond disk that acts as both the spell component for the Wishes used and the focal point of the experiment. The entire array is controlled exclusively by The Administrator, and is designed to make tangible the SpellWeave surrounding a caster in the throes of Wish. The hypothesis is that if the part of the SpellWeave that activates to stop the Wish (also known modernly as Wish-Tax) can be highlighted, it can be unraveled.

Begin log of test K387-"9 Tail Fox"

-The Administrator, Dr. Moss, and 5 other researchers who will remain undisclosed teleport simultaniously onto the Central Dais. Each take positions surrounding Dr. Moss who is standing at the center dais on the "eye".

-Dr. Moss begins casting immediately, the entire central disk beginning to radiate soft blue light from thousands of runes and symbols lighting up. The researchers and The Administrator take relaxed positions.

-The first Wish is executed flawlessly, and Dr. Moss cries out in joy as the spell finishes. Shocked expressions are seen on the faces of those surrounding Dr. Moss, as 9 intricate baby strollers appear in a circle around him. The sounds of cooing are audible, and after 3 seconds a blue door opens next to each of the Strollers and a woman in Victorian style medical dress emerges with a pacifier and baby bottle in either hand, and begins immidiately caring for their nearest infant.

Admin- "That was a beautiful wish Dr. Moss, I would never have thought. I will send them to Site 01 we have the best newborn care there"

Moss-"Thank you, Sir. I am ready for the next phase"
