The Battle of the Ossuarium occurred in Galik in 11 PR deep under the city's graveyard in a tomb that secretly housed the city's cult of Nerull.
Factions
Nerull and Red Blades (Death)
The Nerullites live and work out of the ossuarium, and were prepared that evening for a special ritual which would bring back Orris and Niebelung from The Mists where they had gotten caught. When the battle kicked off, the Nerullites went back to their base tenants...kill everything.
The Red Blades were hunting Orris and lost track when he got taken by the mists, following his associates the OathWielders, they waited the shadows for Orris' return.
The Lyreguard and the Lathander Clerics (Light and Protection)
As Raven Queen had made major steps towards stealing the power of Nerull, prophets around the realm began to spout a number of prophecies known as The Prosperity Anthologies. Both followers of Helm (The Lyreguard) and Lathander clerics rushed to find the one known as Eve based on the prophecy's directions. They arrived just in time to see things kick off as the Red Blades tried to kill Orris.
ShadowDancers
Having infiltrated the ranks of Nerull long ago, the ShadowDancers of Nera laid in waiting, and when the Nerullites and Red Blades began taking lives, they had to fight back, albeit doing their best not to lose their cover.
The OathWielders
The cause of it all, the many heroes known as the OathWielders were split in this battle. With the Red Blades after Orris, the Clerics after Eve, and Kel's new friends in Nera the ShadowDancers among the ranks of the Nerullians, this once strong-together team found themselves bound to various sides of the battle.
