Eros, Guardian of the Edge, is the great crystal dragon of the moon, and original wielder of the crystal seat on the Ruby Court of Sardior.

Eros is the father of Echemus

About

Eros was worshiped by the Lunarans of Isonhound.

Eros stands at one of the gates to the Feywild located on The Moon.

Eros apparently was responsible for a great disaster in ancient times, and feels that his perpetual sentinel post is the cost he pays for it. Standing guard for thousands of years.

The ancient artifact of the court that was tied to his power was called the Moonwell.

History

Prisoner

At some point before 825 PR, Eros was captured and held prisoner by The Moon Court

The scrying Lunarans said that one day Eros would arrive on the holy rock Rana Ndore, a mountainous overhang shaped like a dragon claw. When the moon is high, it looks like the claw is holding the moon, and it is said that the perch is the nesting site of Eros himself, and where he would one day return.

However, his return was delayed greatly, and it wasn't until a team of Quelmar heroes including Watcher, Tristram Caniedydd, Bosco, Omen, Felicia, and Vessel released him from the grip of the Moon Court using their own fey-tricks, thanks to Tristram's incredible ability to out-fey the fey.

Hero

Once he arrived, Eros was able to stop Flame from killing his son, and then resurrected Nockdus. He and Echemus would then begin a campaign to purify what was still shadowed in this new land known as Umbralhound.

Eros returned to Quelmar to partake in The Battle of Five Lights, but gave up his seat on the Ruby Court by letting his son Echemus step up and take over.
