Bulio is very odd and excitable, especially when someone offers to buy an item from his shop. He speaks in quick sentences that seem to loop back on themselves and is very protective of his gold and wares.

This shop is run out of a large wooden wagon filled with a wide variety of diffrent magical items and relics that Bulio has encountered over his large journeys. The cart is pulled by Duuk and from it Bulio will sell his product to whoever he encounters on his travels.

Much of Bulio's origins is unknown.

In 831 PR, Bulio was scammed and sold a fake [[Great Wyrm Gem]], an artifact that could greatly expand ones life. Working together with his fellow merchant in arms, [[Stan]], Bulio and Stan infiltrated a merchant's manor house in the city of [[Deeplake]] to retrieve the gem.
Bulio was encountered by a group of adventurers at the ruin of the basecamp of [[Perseus Company]] for whom he had been selling his goods. In exchange for some of his products free of charge, the party directed Bulio to their new basecamp where he could continue his business.

During this time he would become both beloved and infamous by the members of the company, some enjoying his presence while others being annoyed at his greedy antics. Some members of the company suspect that Bulio was the mysterious stranger who tricked the aberrant [[dragon]] [[Old Alkinimic|Alkinimic]] to trade all his his gold for much cheaper bronze.

During the company's exploration of the mysterious treasure of [[Wyvern's Roost]] Crater, [[the Lost Hoard]], and their subsequent battle with the horrors within, Bulio would come to aid the company, but not before recovering the vast riches within the crater. After the company members escaped the wreckage of the battle, they found a note and a massive pile of gold at Tempest's Landing. In this note, Bulio thanked the company for their patronage, gifting them their cut of the wealth from the Lost Hoard, and revealing the truth of his identity as the [[archdevil]] [[Mammon]] in hiding.
