Bulio the strange and mysterious proprietor of Bulio's Bobbles and Boons, a traveling wooden cart shop from which he sells his mystical wares. He travels across the wilds of Amusa selling what he can and is never unaccompanied from his guardian, a massive white camouflage drake named Duuk.
Currently he has set up shop outside the camp of the Tempest Brothers Expeditionary Company.
Physical Appearance[edit | edit source]
Bulio is a tall lanky figure in a dark cloak, wearing a large wooden dragon mask. It is unknown what race he is and no one as of yest has seen him without his mask on.
Personality[edit | edit source]
Bulio is very odd and excitable, especially when someone offers to buy an item from his shop. He speaks in quick sentences that seem to loop back on themselves and is very protective of his gold and wares.
Bulio's Bobbles and Boons[edit | edit source]
This shop is run out of a large wooden wagon filled with a wide variety of diffrent magical items and relics that Bulio has encountered over his large journeys. The cart is pulled by Duuk and from it Bulio will sell his product to whoever he encounters on his travels.
History[edit | edit source]
Much of Bulio's origins is unknown.
Bulio was encountered by a group of adventurers at the ruin of the basecamp of Perseus Company for whom he had been selling his goods. In exchange for some of his products free of charge, the party directed Bulio to their new basecamp where he could continue his business.
Languages[edit | edit source]
As of this point it is known that Bulio can speak Common and Draconic.
Attacks and Weapons [edit | edit source]
While Bulio lets Duuk do most of the protecting for his shop, Bulio does carry a rifle which he keeps concealed in his cart.
