Levinkan has been historically ruled since before recorded history by the Levinkan dynasty, who still claim all of East Levinkan. Being ancient in nature, Levinkan is home to some of the oldest territories and communities in the entire realm.
West Levinkan liberated itself in 295 BR and those who live on that side of the continent claim themselves under no royal control.
